Gary is a seasoned global technology executive with over 30 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling high-growth companies and navigating complex international markets. His career is defined by a proven track record of scaling high-growth companies and navigating complex global markets. Most recently, he served as CEO of NOVELSAT for seven years, following his tenure as CEO of FST Biometrics.
Gary has held pivotal sales leadership roles at industry giants including Cisco Systems (Country Manager, Near East), Digital Equipment, and Audiocodes, as well as high-growth ventures like Allot and Provigent (acquired by Broadcom). As an investor and advisor to the startup ecosystem, he has contributed to few companies that reached successful acquisitions.
He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion and an MBA in Information Systems & Marketing from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Rubner possesses over two decades of R&D management expertise combined with academic research and teaching. Prior to founding Kitov, he was the CEO of RTC Vision, and managed large R&D groups in several imaging companies. Dr. Rubner holds a B.Sc. (Summa Cum-Laude) in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology (Israel), and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he specialized in Computer Vision. Dr. Rubner has published a book and has over 20 journal and conference papers to his credit in the areas of Image/Video Processing and Computer Vision.

Mr. Lifschitz is a CFO with over 20 years of experience in
privately held and publicly traded multinationals companies in the high-tech
industry (Semiconductors, System, IP, Software, Medical devices, Automotive,
Digital Printing and Online consumer operation).
Mr. Lifschitz brings a wide experience in strategic
planning, growth execution, investor relations, fund raising from international
investors, leading teams, operations, taxation and incentive plans.
Previously, Mr. Lifschitz held CFO positions at NOVELSAT, Velox,
EndyMed, Valens Semiconductor, Tessera and Resolute Networks.
Mr. Lifschitz holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an
MBA in finance from Tel Aviv University.

Throughout his career, Aviv has held senior executive roles across public companies, private growth ventures, and IPO- and M&A-driven organizations, leading company vision, product direction, corporate strategy, business development, and brand transformation. Prior to joining Kitov.ai, he served as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at NOVELSAT, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Gilat Satellite Networks, Head of Microwave Business Development at Broadcom (following the acquisition of Provigent, where he served as VP Marketing), Chief Marketing Officer at Ceragon Networks, and Vice President of Marketing at ECI Telecom.

David Dahan brings over two decades of R&D leadership and hands-on engineering experience across AI, software, Hardware and medical-device innovation. Prior to joining Kitov.ai as VP R&D, he served as Sr. Director of Software & Engineering at Edwards Lifesciences, where he led multidisciplinary teams delivering clinical-grade AI and connected-care platforms in regulated environments. Earlier, David was part of the leadership team at NovaSight, guiding products from concept through FDA clearance, and founded a startup focused on AI-based melanoma detection. David holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University and completed advanced studies in Data Science at the Technion Institute of Technology with distinction.
